Hills Bros is an iconic heritage coffee brand with roots in San Francisco. A restage was born out of its century-old brand archives, which were mined for iconic assets that had been lost along the way—discovering that its Bay Area origins were a sound emotional touchpoint.

Brand restage for Carmex Cold Sore Treatment, an analgesic cream that over years had lost sight of its core claims. The creation of a 3-in-1 visual system was key to quickly communicate how the treatment soothes, heals, and protects. The strong shield shape instantly reinforces two sought-after benefits: protection and defense.
